Welcome to Recovery Club

Rediscovering and Reclaiming your truest Self free from disordered eating, food rules and rigidity.

About Recovery Club

Recovery Club is a support, education and empowerment network for those going through hypothalamic amenorrhea, eating disorder, or disordered eating recovery. Each week we challenge you to face your fears, challenge your belief systems around food and exercise, and take steps towards full recovery with live stream content, practices and tools to help navigate challenging emotions, supportive and reflective journal prompts, meditation techniques, follow along yoga practices and so much more. Recovery is hard, but you do not have to do it alone.

Why You Should Join

This isn’t a sisterhood that shouts loudly, but instead encourages each other to build a better relationship with food, fitness and their bodies.

Community is the most important thing we have. It nourishes our soul, gives us momentum to keep moving forward, and helps us to grow.

Joining Recovery Club will give you the knowledge, skills, and support you need to fight back against diet culture. But more importantly it will give you a space to be present among like-minded women, connect and learn from amazing health professionals, and feel confident that full recovery is possible.
